ServiceNow Team Lead
Duration: 4+ months
Location: Chicago, IL, 60606

Description

Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation work in Agile/Scrum SDLC process
Develop ServiceNow roadmap
Hands-on design, Javascript coding and development of solutions
Plan and manage capture of requirements/stories and solution specifications
Plan and manage testing process using structured test plans and TDD process using ServiceNow ATF
Develop and maintain Platform best practices and standards
Ensure adherence to Platform best practices and standards
Plan and manage platform upgrades
Act as ServiceNow L3 expert for platform incidents and defects
Plan and manage ServiceNow integrations
Coordinate and govern ServiceNow projects across multiple business units
Proactively support continuous improvement of ITIL processes supported by the platform
Manage platform administration, including scoped HR application/module
Ensure security best practices are followed and correctly implemented
Provide technical direction and training to Platform team
Manage MID servers & discovery and ensure correctness of CMDB
Design, implement and manage process automation using Orchestration

Education & Certification

B.S. in IT related field, or equivalent degree or work experience
ServiceNow Certifications – preferred
ITIL Certification – preferred

Experience

10+ years IT experience
5+ years working on ServiceNow
2+ years of team management
Javascript, xml, html, JSON, REST, WSDL, SQL, databases
ServiceNow Notify, MID Servers, Discovery probes, & other integrations
Scrum (practice and ServiceNow module) & ServiceNow ATF (automated-test framework)
ServiceNow HR module – preferred
