Job Description ¿ 8+ years of experience in ITSM Based ticketing tool like ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM etc.
¿ 4+ years of Project Lead/Technical lead/Technical Architect experience
¿ Strong Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL v3
¿ Architects/Designs and delivers solutions built on the ServiceNow platform
¿ Strong Scripting experience with AngularJS, Java Script, Glide and Jelly
¿ Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform
¿ Demonstrated project execution skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
¿ Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and supporting quality assurance teams
¿ Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end to end solutions for our clients within ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementations of IT and business processes, organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating the efforts of staff administrators
¿ Provide expert level support and technical mentoring, assist customers with proof of concept activities, and lead practice build efforts to include development of practice
¿ ITIL V3 Foundation, ServiceNow Administrator/Implementation Specialist Certification
Essential Requirements Bachelor''s degree in computer science, management, IT or related field.
The role would be for Designing and Architecting Service now Tool Solutions. The Architect will work very closely with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are in a controlled and predictive manner.
¿ Provide High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation
¿ Architect Integrations inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using LDAP, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies
¿ Experienced with working on Service Portal in Service Now
¿ Understands the workflow engines
¿ Create prototypes for client engagements
¿ Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
¿ Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
¿ Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
¿ Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
¿ Ability to help with Pre Sales & Solutioning
¿ 2 Full Life cycle Implementation Experience with ServiceNow. HR implementation preferred
¿ Has done at least 2 integrations and is conceptually sound on making integrations work with ServiceNow.
¿ Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
¿ Ability to build and manage relationships effectively in a matrix environment.
¿ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
¿ Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
