The ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for leading, designing, developing, and delivering distributed solutions using a service oriented approach for anything ServiceNow related within the company.
This position will be the company?s subject matter expert for all items related to the ServiceNow system and its capabilities.
ServiceNow Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing and handling administration and configuration of ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Integration Specialist will provide customizations including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, and custom scripting. ServiceNow Integration Specialist will be responsible for understanding and translating business requirements as needed and implementing new functionality.
ServiceNow Integration Specialist will be responsible for working with Web Services, SOAP, REST, APIs and integrations.
Experience Required
5+ years? experience
ServiceNow developer Certified
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Orchestration experience is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, orchestration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position will focus on designing and delivering technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow platform.
Candidate should have working knowledge of Perl, Python and AWK.
Candidate should have working knowledge on workflows which involves programmatically connect to servers using SSH, issuing of series of commands(Unix/ Windows), retrieving information for incorporation to ServiceNow modules like Incident and Problem and creating custom activities in the orchestration workflows.
