1. Develop python micro services for Automation, Overall UI, Dashboard and deployment planning
2. Very good communication skill• More than 3 years of experience in Java scripting. Web application development experience of more than 3 yrs required.
3. Should have working knowledge in Service Now Development for at least 2 years
4. Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and
transition/support5. Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and experience in designing integrations and development approach6.
Experience working in Service Now Istanbul, Jakarta & Kingston versions
1. Good Communication Skill
2. Development and working experience on Service now plugins and Customization ITIL V2/V3 Certification
3.Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Programmer/Analyst.
4. Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML,AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
5. Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
6. Ability to perform configurations and customization of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident and Change
7. Good knowledgeable with current technology trends
1. Communicating with clients and gathering the requirements
2. Development of Integrations using Service now Plugins
3. Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for Service-now
4 Implementing Service-now changes
5. Service-now user administration
6. Second and third level support for Service-now incidents
7. Process Governance and Reporting
8. Training & Self Development Activities
9. Lead Development teams in a very Agile Customer environment
