Job Description :
Minimum IT experience required is 9 – 12 years out of which at least 4 – 5 years in ITIL® process functional consulting domain or at least 5 – 8 years ITIL® Process owner/manager experience
Hands-on work experience on at least one Service Management tools like BMC Remedy, BMC Remedy force, ServiceNow, HPSM or any other equivalent industry standard ITSM tool
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
Proven people management skills for 8 – 10 people team
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes
ITIL Intermediate is a must, ITIL Expert is preferred.
ServiceNow Admin certification is preferred but not a must
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow administration.
Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, web design.
Understanding of AngularJS and RESTful web services.
Excellent knowledge on creating and publishing Service Catalogs
Knowledge and development skills in VMware vRealize Automation (VRA) and vRealise Orchestrator (VRO)
Knowledge of Shell scripting
