Job description:

Demonstrates sound working knowledge of ServiceNow’s core architecture and ITSM & ITOM application modules such as Software/Hardware Asset Management, SCCM, CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery and Mid Server.
Understands ITSM ITIL processes fundamentals, documentation of tool and data requirements for the technologies chosen to support the service management solution being implemented.
Skilled in developing solutions that require good knowledge of Scripting, Angular JS/Bootstrap framework.
Development of custom business applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong technical background and good understanding of IT Service Infrastructure and software technologies.
Ensure appropriate SDLC process is adhered to when promoting updates through development/test/production environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively to generate good practice solutions and configure the platform accordingly to accommodate complex business requirements.
Articulate functional and technical requirements to fellow development team members for more advanced development work.
Effectively communicates with both internal and external customers.
Create documentation for any new or modified solutions for ongoing support.

Requirements:

Required: 5+ year experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Required: 5+ year experience implementing the full suite of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Required: 4+ year experience implementing Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management or Contract Management process areas outside of Core ITSM & Integration with OOB SAM connector.
Required: Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals, Software Asset Management Fundamentals. Certification: Software Asset.
Extensive experience with Asset Management functional concepts; Procurement, Assets vs. Configuration Items, CMDB Moves/Adds/Changes, Hardware vs. Software Assets, Software License Management, Catalog/Request Management, Orchestration, Contracts Management, Reporting, Performance Analytics, and Product/Vendor Catalog.
Advanced experience in ServiceNow integrations with external vendors and external applications. (Experience with Snow License Manager a plus)
Experience with development and configuration of workflows, business and email rules, catalog items and ACLs.
ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification (or) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification (or) ITIL Foundations Certification
