Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 plus Months
Interview: Phone and In-person
Visa: USC, GC
Required:
5+ years experience in IT Development on ServiceNow platform
Problem solving and critical thinking
Knowledge of the ServiceNow GRC Suite (Audit and Policy & Compliance)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify root cause and proper solution
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Responsibilities:
Work with Technology Risk to maintain the ServiceNow GRC application
Devlopment of enhancements and defects
Documentation of testing, runbooks, and requirements.
Investigation of improvement opporutnities for control automation.
Learn regulatory requirements such as SOX for IT general controls.
Create training documentation to expand users knowledge of the tool.
