Job Description :

Create and implement technical ServiceNow training solutions
Analyze, develop and create training requirements and curriculum for an integrated enterprise platform that will support collaboration, communication and content management
Acts as project technical and content training lead as needed
Develop and build training for ServiceNow, as well as related systems
Provide knowledge transfer to trainers who will be responsible for long term training delivery
Develop "Quick Tips and Tricks” sheets for end-users which may include written procedures/document and/or video(s)
Create training plans and project schedules associated with training tasks
Collaborating as a dedicated team member and demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate with other team members

Skill Required

Experience training in ServiceNow
Experience creating training videos, using tools like Camtasia
Expert level documentation skills – both written and video
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in review and analysis of project requirements
Ability to effectively organize and present large amounts of content to end users
Ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
