Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Mandatory Requirement for TAG Profile Screening: The candidate should ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer ( validate the copy of the certification Please note it is NOT ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Description:
This position involves rapidly developing and supporting IT Business applications built on Service Now platform. The candidate also is expected to provide technical support for ongoing business requests.

The candidate will be working with cross-functional teams, and is expected to to execute well in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new features and support/debug existing applications in Service Now platform
· Triage and resolve incoming bugs/features from internal business partners.
· Provide support for Service Now platform upgrades
· Work with ServiceNow Customer Support to troubleshoot problems encountered by customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Certified Developer ( not a Certified Administrator )
· Solid backend and frontend ServiceNow development experience
· Firm understanding of Object and Relationship modelling
· Experience setting up and managing ServiceNow user access controls

Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow application administration experience
· Experience with javascript frameworks like jQuery, Angular.js, etc
· Working knowledge of Python
· Familiarity with Google BigQuery
