Experience working with ITSM tools
Experience with Incident, Problem, Asset, Change, Service Request, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, SLAs, and project management
Experience with system design, analysis, development, and implementation of applications
Must have strong technical knowledge and experience with a variety of programming languages, operating systems, and database technologies.
Deep understanding of system and ITSM core configurations in ServiceNow
Experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow platform
Understanding of integration capabilities in ServiceNow platforms.
Able support, bi-directional integrations between monitoring tool and ServiceNow
Able to support external data feed integration to an external reporting engine.
Excellent customer service skills a must
Day to Day demands
Configuration and Customization of the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation
Build service requests and record producers based off of customer requirements
Build workflows and orchestrations leveraging a variety of programming languages
Import and export data between Service-now and other systems
Assist in creation of Views for reporting purposes
Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities
Participate in Agile/Scrum
End user support
Customize the core applications using Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions
Performs system and integration testing
Responsible for Patching, Hotfix and Upgrade oversight
Manage and request of Clones from Hi
