ServiceNow Developer
Location: Plano, TX
12 months


· 5+ years ServiceNow development and service management - problem management, incident management, change management

· Good understanding of CMDB and Workflows

· ServiceNow Admin Certification and ITIL experience is preferred

· Scripting experience, JavaScript/Glide

· Experience of working with Rest/SOAP Web services

· Scrum / Agile Experience

· Ability to work collaboratively with other ServiceNow developers/SCRUM teams

· Ability to Identify issues/deficiencies, and recommend solutions, with a mindset for continuous improvement (this is also very important point customers are looking for)
