5 years with ServiceNow
Day to day responsibilities:

Builds system integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL, etc
Designs and builds service requests and record producers using workflows, client scripts, UI policies, SLAs, etc.
Configures core ServiceNow applications according to business requirements and ITIL best practices
Conducts unit and functional testing on system enhancements and bug fixes to verify requirements are met
Participates in design, code review, and training sessions attended by all team members
Prepares deployment packages for release updates using update sets and other version control systems
Builds and maintains public (end-user facing) and technical documentation for implemented ServiceNow applications
Investigates and troubleshoots application issues, performs root cause analysis and works with the team to recommend and implement resolution
Participates in Agile/Scrum team activities and environment
Adheres to ServiceNow and general software development best practices to achieve consistently high-quality solutions
Designs and builds custom ServiceNow applications based on business requirements using industry best practices
Collaborates with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements
Independently handles end-user requests and incidents, follows up to determine the resolution and communicates efficiently
