Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 12 months contract
Interview: Phone and Face 2 Face
The ideal candidate for this position will:
1. Have expertise in the internals of ServiceNow, it''s data model, it''s script models, it''s service community.
2. Have hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow applications: Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Workflow, Survey/Assessment and CMDB. Experience with the Knowledge application is a plus.
3. Have hands-on experience implementing complex ServiceNow SLA models and with the computation of business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) from ServiceNow data.
4. Have experience feeding ServiceNow''s CMDB with new data in an automated fashion.
5. Have a thorough knowledge of ServiceNow''s MIDServer functionality, its configuration, uses and proper maintenance, including having hands-on experience building, configuring, maintaining a MIDServer.
6. Have experience with ServiceNow''s REST APIs and with the development of custom ServiceNow applications and APIs.
7. Have experience performing major version upgrades to ServiceNow. (E.g., FujiGeneva, GenevaHelsinki, etc
Have experience working with both UI15 and UI16 plugins and understands the key differences between them.
