Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Newark NJ
Note: who is versed in ServiceNow, specifically in the Business Management Suite (Project, Test, Demand, Idea etc.
The ServiceNow Developer/Admin will be responsible for configuring, designing, scripting, and administering the ServiceNow ITSM environment using ITIL best practices for Incident, Change, Problem and Service Delivery. This role will be accountable for overseeing product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, enhancement and retirement. Additional responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure ServiceNow capabilities meet business requirements.
Actively generate process improvements; support and drive change; and address difficult circumstances in creative ways.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
3 -5 years hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, design, and operation of ServiceNow - certifications are a plus.
5+ years of Information Technology experience
Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes.
Experience with integrating internal and external applications and systems to ServiceNow
Strong analytical skills for problem solving
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
Experience with CMDB and tool integrations (web-service) and external data sets
Thorough understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript and web services.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow
