Job Description
Assist in defining, configuring and deploying integrations to meet ServiceNow IT Asset Management project deliverables.
Create and maintain process documentation, configurations and customizations documentation.
Customer engagement in the form of reaching out to all Network locations at NYCHHC and working with staff at each location to support the gathering of requirements, gap fit and support of customer project deliverables.
Assisting in the development of unit testing case examples and QA testing.
Perform manual data entry as needed, data analysis normalization of Asset data and creation of import configuration files.
Assist with the development of ideas and specifications for data analysis, including what data should be included in various reports and how the data should be displayed
Interpret trends and patterns in complex class datasets and develop recommendations based on findings.
Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
Participate in the development and alignment of discovered assets and their relationships.
Perform ServiceNow Asset reconciliation and synchronization of Atrium CMDB.
Create and maintain ServiceNow inter-operation between federated data sources ( SCCM, PSoft)
Responsible for documenting assigned tasks and data requests into team project log, and ensuring that deadlines are met, bringing attention to any obstacles to timely project completion
Support training initiatives, coaching for ITAM and inter-process (Incident, Problem, SRM, Change, Release) usage

Minimum Qualifications
A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Communications or a related field of study.
Five (5) years of progressive responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems and applications.
Broad knowledge and expertise in computers, communications networking, programming languages, systems analysis methodology and data management.
A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
Participates in workshop to establish standard naming conventions, align categorizations across applications and support continual service improvements

Department Preferences
ITIL Foundation certification v1.3, learned and demonstrated knowledge of ITIL framework
Proven ability to show initiative, understand and have insight into the big picture, relate current state to desired state, proactively develop, communicate, and execute plans to continuously improve as well as close gaps. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the ServiceNow product suite, particularly the Atrium CMDB, EIE (Enterprise Integration Engine) and ServiceNow Topology Discovery
Knowledge of hospital environment and experience providing IT services in hospital setting
Applicable experience and working knowledge, with distributed systems and environments, three-tier application implementation/support, WAN/LAN configuration of corporate/remote systems, three-tier client-server application configuration activities
Multi-database export/import, field mapping, validation
Experience in data mining & report writing using Excel, ServiceNow application or Crystal.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), ASAP utilities
