ROLE: ServiceNow Developer

IMPORTANT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and identify the root cause of an Incident and develop a persistent cure for the initial Incident
Review root cause analysis and plan for persistent resolution with Client
Regularly review Severity 1 and Severity 2 Incidents and identify recurring issues with In-Scope Applications performance and stability and data integrity
Work with Client to prioritize Break Fixes or Minor Changes and Minor Enhancements
Document description and justification of Change along with detailed information on functional and System impacts
Present details of the change, impact analysis, risks, test results and other required information to obtain approval from the Client Change Management Board before deployment of Break Fixes
Support in creating and maintaining a calendar of release windows and milestones.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in following ServiceNow module Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Performance Management
