Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Malvern, PA
Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills:
Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise tools
Provide peer leadership to junior systems analysts and other team members
Implement technological solutions to ensure support of future business strategy across the enterprise
Coordinate with other UTO team members and IT professionals across the university to ensure optimal use and efficiency of processes and technologies
Establish and maintain effective communications with customers and other IT professionals
Document code, technology, processes, and procedures
Configure, customize, script, and develop the ServiceNow platform
Gather specifications from service owners, document requirements, and deliver product releases to meet business needs
Build workflows from service owner requirements including requests, request items and tasks
Implement MID servers, web services, ETL processes, and other relevant technology to operationalize processes on the ServiceNow platform
Load, transform, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
Create views and reports as needed to illustrate service performance and demonstrate business value
Monitor health, usage, and performance of ServiceNow; serve as point of contact for ServiceNow technical support (within university and with vendors)
Work with ServiceNow and other vendors to analyze and resolve break/fix issues
Plan, test, and implement version upgrades
