Description
This contractor will be responsible for development with the Performance Analytics plug-in in ServiceNow. The incumbent will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team responsible for turning data analysis into actionable insights by understanding priorities, gathering requirements, developing software, testing for accuracy and deploying into the Production region of ServiceNow.
The candidate should possess the following:
A proven track record of having developed code in Performance Analytics within ServiceNow
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, software development, and modern testing best practices
An understanding of the ITIL framework/process
An advanced understanding of Mathematical/Statistical concepts for measuring and predicting process performance
The ability to recommend KPIs for evaluating and analyzing business performance
The ability to create clear and compelling data visualizations
