Job Description :
Role:

Senior ServiceNow Developer. The developer will work with members of the IT team, internal customers, and external vendors to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.

Responsibilities will include:
Participates in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototyping business solutions (Business
Ability to wear multiple hats i.e. Business Analyst, Interim Project Manager, Admin/Developer, and tester as required
Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas
Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document business and technical requirements.
Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
Provide on-call support when Production issues occur.

Qualifications/Experience in:
4+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
Strong experience working with ServiceNow and workflows to modify activities and conditions, customize activities and reuse data, define transitions between workflows, etc.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/request
Prior .Net, or Java development experience preferred Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operation
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public
Experience working with large global / multinational corporations.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, Developer Certification Computer Science or CIS/MIS
ITIL v3 Certification or equivalent practical experience.
