Skills Required:

3+ yrs. work experience in a technical role, preferably in a client service market.
ITIL v3 certification preferred.
ServiceNow administration experience; sys admin certification preferred.
Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML/CSS, .NET.
Familiarity working in both Agile and Waterfall project management method.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams (formally or informally)
Experience in analyzing and estimating business requirements and developing implementation strategy to for both deliveries to existing clients and presentation to potential clients.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Solid presentation skills and comfortable with getting up in front of groups.
Conduct one’s self in professional manner when collaborating with both clients and cross-functional teams internally.
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
Understand full application lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field.
Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time
