Technical/Functional Skills :
Hands-on analysis, design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform and HR Service Delivery product.
Strong technical skills in : Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI/Forms, Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services.
Experience with ServiceNow Jakarta release.
Experience in Web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services)
Experience in AJAX, JSON, GlideRecord, and AngularJS
Experience in implementing HR service management and application monitoring environments using scripting/programming languages.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using SFTP, SOAP, REST, and other webservices.
Experience with LINC
Experience with ServiceNow MID Server
Experience with interpreting functional business requirements, documenting the technical design, and implementing the solution.
Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Case and Knowledge Management application
Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Employee Service Center application
Good to Have Skills :
HR domain knowledge
Experience with Kingston release
Exposure to London release
Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions application
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently
