Looking for someone with more technical skills in SN as an Admin for the platform (able to monitor system, make changes day to day) as well as development (screen changes, automated requests/forms online, complex integrations and deeper changes (junior end basic SN dev and scripting, modifying screens, etc.
70% ServiceNow development activities (taking requirements for SN feature adds and enhancement, write the code associated, test the cod)
20% ServiceNow business analysis activities (meet with SN users, define requirements, put together in designs and
stories for development)
10% ServiceNow administrative activities
* Maintain existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and IT Service Management practices (Incident, Request, Project Manager, CMDB Phase 1
* Monitor health and usage of the application.
* Implement additional ServiceNow modules, as they are procured.
* Adhere to standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations.
* Perform platform upgrades and review of key update sets.
* Develop test cases for functional and regression testing, and execute them as part of any ServiceNow platform or
module upgrade/change.
* Drive the improvement of our ServiceNow implementation and service offerings based on user feedback.
* Create custom workflows to support business processes.
* Perform data imports.
* Create integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration. Administer/maintain API and data
integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
* Create and maintain ServiceNow Business Rules and Metrics.
* Create and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
* Administer User Access Requests.
* Work with IT Service Management Team and other key client stakeholders within IT and the Business.
