Have 10+ years of experience managing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow product. ServiceNow is the hottest ITSM product in the market (presently), we are competing with both industry and government for this talent. While many senior resources are familiar with the Incident, Problem, and Change Modules, FDIC is seeking advance developer talent with Procurement, Asset Management, Configuration Mgmt, etc…Given the demand of this skillset in the market place resources are commending higher rates, flexibility in work schedules, and work locations. CSRA is committed to finding FDIC the best talent at the best rate while managing risk to the enterprise. ServiceNow is a cloud based offering, the criticality of having the developer resources on premise to access the data center is not as pertinent. CSRA would like to recommend that the administration support be on premise, but the flexibility be allowed (if required) to staff developer level resources remotely.
