Job Description :
Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085
Duration: 6 + months

JD:

Understand and apply effective analysis of business requirements as they relate to ServiceNow Catalog Item creation and enhancement
Excellent communications skills: ability to map requirements to Service Now implementation details; ability to advise customers on how Service Now can meet their requirements
At least 4 years direct Service Now experience beyond typical user interaction (development experience not required)
At least 7 years of IT business analysis, with a strong background in IT. Data center operations experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem management, Performance Analytics and Reporting, Service-Level Management
Good knowledge of the following modules: Asset Management, Config Management, Agile framework, Service Now Geneva release
Work directly with in-house Service Management Office to drive catalog item work.
