Job Description:
Around 7-8 years of IT Experience with a minimum of 4 years on ServiceNow
Strong understanding and Hands-on Knowledge of ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management and Auto-Discovery
Experience in CMDB/Asset implementations and transitioning enterprise-wide CIs/Assets from legacy solutions to ServiceNow
Should be able to plan, design and implement CMDB while working with client teams
Conducting sessions to other IT teams who are users of CMDB or plan to use it in future
Interfacing with application owners and technical specialists to define and update the Data model
Experience mapping Applications and Services to CIs
Perform Data collection and Data Analysis
Validate existing CMDB requirements against industry and IT best practices
Provide recommendation on collection of data for IT/NON-IT Assets
Lead and coordinate with customer technical and functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness
Identifies and removes risks associated with proposed processes
ITIL Certified
Additional:
Earlier implementation of CMDB will be preferred
Good understanding of both waterfall and agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, techniques and tools
Creating technical documentation will be required
