Urgent requirement for ServiceNow Business Analyst_Reston, VA


Role : ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location : Reston, VA
Experience : 7+Years

Visa: OPT EADs, H4 EADs, L2 EAd, US Citizens and Green Card candidates are fine in any location

Description:
The Technical Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, test and delivery of features, and maintenance for and ServiceNow instance. Possess an ability to work with business clients, end users of application, development and testing resources.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Interfaces with internal customer and vendor contacts, Engagement Centers, Corporate Departments and IT development teams to identify and document functional specifications and requirements, develop and implement solutions and provide service and training to those requiring IT support.
2. Defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs and industry standards. Lead scoping and requirements gathering meetings with business.
3. Consider business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
5. Prepares detailed functional specifications and/or other artifacts from which programs will be written.
6. Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation as necessary. Serve in the role of Subject Matter Expert for areas of expertise.
7. Support end user testing leading to successful delivery of project.
8. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle in the role of an analyst

MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required. 6 - 8 years of experience in lieu of degree accepted.
5+ years’ experience in application development and support and/or analytical role with project management experience or experience working in all phases of the SDLC required.
Experience with ServiceNow applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required. 6 - 8 years of experience in lieu of degree accepted.

Nice to Have:
Health Care industry knowledge preferred but not required
Business Analyst or Project Management license preferred but not required.
