ServiceNow Business Analyst





ServiceNow Change Module deployment experience, Change Management experience



Perform requirements gathering, analysis and ultimate deployment of ServiceNow Change Management module supporting GTI towers. Prior experience with Change Management important.Job Description:Candidate would have hands-on involvement in the design, development and delivery of the rollout of ServiceNow across GTI. This will involve working with affected LOB towers during the requirements gathering, design and development of the tool and any subsequent bug fixes. The candidate will provide support for the project while working with stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation of ServiceNow software.Ideal Experience would include but not be limited to:* Experience onboarding ServiceNow* Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools (e.g. Verum (back end databases), ServiceNow Cloud module, etc* Understanding of Change Management and Event Management and Configuration Management a plus* Gather requirements with experience with Agile/Scrum/SDLS process* Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into effective, sustainable ServiceNow solutions* Support development and testing phases* Ensure best practice adherence for core system setup* Ability to effectively collaborate with other LOB peer groups for the ServiceNow project
