5-7+ Years of Experience as ServiceNow Developer and Architect

5-7+ Years of Experience in development and designing of Stories/defects related to ITSM modules

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in various ServiceNow modules

Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities

ServiceNow and ITIL certification

3+ years of experience in either a large IT shared services organization or outsourced environment

3-5+ Years of ServiceNow discovery experience with servers and/or network configuration items

Configuration Management experience

ITIL v3 Foundations Certified

ITIL Expert Certification preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize the data and provide direction

knowledge/experience in documenting business and functional requirements, processes, and interfaces

Subject Matter Expert across the Configuration Management lifecycle
