Configuration and Implementation
ServiceNow Platform Architecture Experience
Strong Working Knowledge in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery
Strong Working Knowledge in ServiceNow Orchestrator
Industry Knowledge of Workflows, Standards and Roles, SOAP and REST API''s Experience for Product Integration
SNOW Administrator Certification (Basic), ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Preferred)
