IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a ServiceNow Architect to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Hiring Manager would like to have all qualified candidates interview face to face. Only LOCAL CANDIDATES are considered for this role.
Job Duties:
Enhance and Lead ServiceNow architecture, implementation of various modules in ServiceNow.
Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting
Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams to successfully implement and support the Enterprise Service Management platform.
Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design
Consults process owners with solution implementation
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
