Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
Expert knowledge of ITSM and ITIL
Experience implementing best-practices and procedures
Required Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a diverse professional setting
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time, exhibiting a high degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking and acting
Independent motivated self-starter with strong work-ethic
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of our customers and users world-wide
Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to the requirements
Effective communication skills to interact with all levels – from C-level executives to developers
