Job Description :
Role: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Tallahassee, FL.
Duration: 18 months with possible extension.



MOI: Phone + Skype/ F2F
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Note: HIGHLY PREFERRED: ServiceNow Developer certification OR ITIL Certification OR government experience

Responsibilities:
Configure, gather, and document core systems'' user and process requirements, functional requirements, and develop technical requirements and workflow customizations;
Build service requests based off of customer requirements;
Import and export data between ServiceNow and other systems;
Assist in creation of Views for reporting purposes;
Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities;
Customize core applications using Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions;
Develop and maintain test plans and production support procedures for software and systems already in place or in the planning and implementation stages;
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application;
Leverage your experience with the platform to devise solutions addressing incidents and challenges;
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve OIT''s enterprise platform related processes (i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc

Requirements:
Experience with ServiceNow Platform (3+ years);
ServiceNow Administration certification;
Experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Discovery;
Experience recognizing potential and actual issues, needs, and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices;
Experience with IT Service Lifecycle;
Experience with system and ITSM core configurations in ServiceNow;
Experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow platform;
Experience implementing Discovery;
Experience with LDAP integration;
Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Orchestration and IT Business Management Modules (preferred);
ServiceNow Developer certification (preferred);
ITIL Certification (preferred);
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
