Position: ServiceNow Administrator
Duration – 6+ months
Location – Memphis TN

ServiceNow Administrator
The ServiceNow System Administrator should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes. This position will be responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting. The ServiceNow System Administrator role is a collaborative role requiring continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders related to configuration, testing, implementation and overall stakeholder satisfaction.

Provides day-to-day administration of ServiceNow access, groups and licensing.
Provides initial (Tier 1) support level for basic customer issues for ServiceNow users.
Develops training materials and in-service sessions as necessary.
Liaises with ServiceNow and the HI system to handle incident, development and release questions.
Demonstrates working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and especially modules such as Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Self-Service Portal.
Provides configuration and customization of the system:
o Configure Application UI
o Configure Workflow
o Customize ServiceNow applications
Integrates ServiceNow with third-party tools, e.g. LDAP, configuration of integration plugins.
Collaborate effectively to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Support ServiceNow upgrades while minimizing disruption to the organization
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/test/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.
A. Education/Skills
Bachelor''s degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
B. Experience
3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, e.g. LDAP
Solid knowledge of JavaScript
Scripting in ServiceNow preferred, but not required
ServiceNow Discovery preferred, but not required

C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Administrator
ITIL v3 Foundations certified
