Position: ServiceNow Administrator - 2 roles
Number of Openings: 2
Job Req Duration: 6 months, contract-to-hire / must be GC or USC or EAD
Job location: Downtown Dayton

Skills and Experience Required:

Automation scripting and/or integration of development/test tools with ServiceNow for change automation
Support, deploy, and integrate ServiceNow platform

ServiceNow Administrator Certification
ServiceNow Dev/Admin
SOAP/REST Service experience
ITIL or IT Service Management experience

Job Responsibilities:
ServiceNow platform analysis, administration and lifecycle management including configuration and management of user profiles, automated reporting and workspace hierarchy
Understand and maintain ServiceNow module and license counts for compliance and financial forecast
Create and maintain knowledge base and libraries
Lead Help-desk ticket processing for PPM tool
Resolve incident tickets per service level agreements (SLA) and company policy
Analyze incidents and problems to identify and understand trends that can be reported back to the vendor
Track ServiceNow defects and communicate to vendor for resolution
Oversee the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow policies, procedures and training materials
Train and coach users on the capabilities of ServiceNow
Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices
Collaborate with cross functional teams regarding ServiceNow configuration
Provide input to ServiceNow test plans
Define and implement backup and disaster recovery plan for ServiceNow
Performs installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
Develop systems integrations and process automation
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
Develop, maintain, and operate a delivery pipeline for new functionality across multiple development teams
