Job Description:
ServiceNow Administration The role will be primarily administration of the ServiceNow platform and framework.
The is an On-Prem configuration and will require ongoing administration. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the environment, performing upgrades, solving issues and working with the client with ongoing changes to ServiceNow.

Skills required:
Service Now Administration at least a deep understanding of ServiceNow administration, how the CMDB functions and ideally some development experience.
Proven software application development experience, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
The successful candidate should be able to speak to prior projects and why they were implemented in a particular way as well as how.
Programming skills in high level language such as Java, C# or C++.
Experience with a variety of scripting languages.
Customer facing & communication skills – the candidate must be comfortable leading conversations with a room full of diverse stakeholders, building a backlog of must-have and nice-to-have features, and documenting in a clear and concise fashion.

Nice to have skills:
Deep Javascript experience.
Experience integrating systems via REST Experience with automating processes and provisioning for AWS and Azure Knowledge of the Vsphere and how it manages infrastructure Knowledge of Dell Technologies tools including but not limited to vRealize Suite
Development of microservices and how they run on container management systems Experience with Showback and Chargeback
