Description:

Provide day to day ServiceNow application administration and support
Provide a resource to help manage all ITT ServiceNow instances – this includes updating ServiceNow to new releases and applying patches to ensure the safety, security, and proper operation.
Help ITT staff design, build, test, and deploy new and updated ServiceNow modules based on ITT design processes.
Provide reports on a quarterly basis regarding the health of the ServiceNow production instance.
Recommend continuous improvement opportunities regarding the health and well-being of the ServiceNow production instance.
Help ITT staff predict and plan roadmaps to grow the ServiceNow instance
Provide on-site support for ServiceNow activities 5 days per week between 8 AM and 5 PM
Provide training for end users, fulfillers, and administration on the operation of ServiceNow modules.
