Role name: ServiceNow Admin/Developer
Location: Dallas, Austin, TX
Duration: 6 (Months)

Experience: 4-6 (Years)
Essential Skills:
Service Now experience as an administrator or developer ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, PAPMP certification
Preferred ServiceNow Orchestration Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services) and querying databases (SQL)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams Work with business users, other IT teams and managed solution providers (on shore and off shore) to coordinate tasks, capture technical system details and train them on business processes and tools.
Role Description:
- Facilitate and document business requirements to align business and internal IT demand with IT capabilities and to support development of solution designs.
- Drive the execution of processes for managing our enterprise architecture portfolios: application, technology and information portfolios.
- Work with business users, other IT teams and managed solution providers (on shore and off shore) to coordinate tasks, capture technical system details and train them on business processes and tools.
- Assist in the execution of projects by completing tasks and creating artifacts required as part of the IT project lifecycle.
- Assist with problem solving and issue resolution – including escalation and prioritizations.
