Job Title: Systems Administrator

Essential Duties and Functions
Support systems administration for systems and/or application assigned
Conducts evaluation of the technology process problems and recommends solutions
Analyzes performance metrics and recommends and leads implementation of changes to process and procedures
Perform support for special applications requiring extensive knowledge and expertise
Leads the development of new support procedures and standards to increase efficiencies
May design and delivery training for enterprise tools and applications
Executes core administration task and functions ins specific area assigned within
guidelines and service levels
May review, address or assign incidents to appropriate support groups
Documents access by logging, sorting, counting, and filing requests, recording
terminations and transfers.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related
results as needed
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
Identify and automate processes to improve customer support services
Reporting Initiate Plug-ins.
ServiceNow catalog creation of new items.
IT Services catalog design and workflow development with custom java scripting.
Perform all aspects of project coordination, requirements, design, develop and
deployment for IT Service Management functions
Created extensive documentation for all new catalog items.
Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical solutions
Ensure quality of work product for internal technical review and conduct client
knowledge transfer sessions
Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical
audiences
Participate in collaborative processes as a member of the client solution team.
Build positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service/support and
consistent communication as appropriate
Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required
Windows Systems administration; Desktop and Servers background
ITSM / ITIL certification or ability to attain within 3 months
Security enablement on Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Exposure in using and deploying Database technology
Expert level knowledge of IT Service Management
Knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
3 years in ServiceNow implementation, administration and/or development or comparable IT Service Management tools

Preferred:
Knowledge of PC security, Identify Management, Office 365 User & Account Management and Security & Compliance module
SharePoint content contributor, ability to manage libraries, sites, and subsites
An Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required
Previous experience working in a SOX and HIPAA environment a plus
More than 3 years’ experience working in an office/enterprise setting as a Windows administrator
Preference will be given to local candidates with training, experience or certification in IT, networking, systems and/or cloud-based services
