Duration: Fulltime / CT
Description:
Hands-on experince above 5 years in design, development and deployment with Service-now application and its platform
Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, CMS, Serviec Portal & Asset)
Experience in development of Service portals, including mandatory skills in use of HTML, CSS, bootstrap and angular JS
Good hands-on on latest ServiceNow versions including Helsinki and Istanbul
Experienced in project implementation stage of requirement gathering, solution designing, Implementation and development
Experience in development of custom modules
Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
Experienced in ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc…)
Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification preferred
