Job Title: Service Now QA
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Experience: 6-8 Years

1. Skills Required - Ability to develop and test use cases taking into account CentralStation standards, user experience and impacts. Attention to detail, good articulation/communication skills, planning, prioritization and organizing. Knowledge of QA tools, concepts and methodologies is a good to have.
2. HelpLine IHU and Enhancements ongoing improvements to existing modules.
3. Inclusions as below:
o Responsible for ensuring the requirements meets the CentralStation established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance
o Analyze requirements and provide effort for Testing the requirements
o Detailed Test cases and defect documentation in the radars as per CentralStation guidelines
o Ensure all defects are addressed within the QA cycle, hence avoiding defects in UAT
o Detailed documentation of defects, classification and reporting on a regular basis
o Communicate potential risks
o Provide Weekly Status reports on defects and effort hours
