Job Title : Service Now Developer
Location : Lincolnshire, IL

Essential Skills:
Experience with Service Now development / configuration is a must.
Configuration of functionalities according to the best process practices.
Experience to work on service catalog , AD, SSO, Data base integrations
Working experience on Service Portal, Chat, Angular JS, JavaScript
Knowledge of ITIL processes Experience on Service Now Modules Incident , Problem , Change , Portal, CMDB , Asset , Integration to Integration with other ITSM tools 3rd Party tools eMail/SMS and web service based integrations
.Workflow, design, development and deployment.
Automation knowledge with shell scripting7. Good Presentation ,verbal and written communication skills
Service Now Admin and ITSM certification preferred
Able to explore and work on new Integration’s and different Service Now application .
Experience with the following is Required: SQL, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, HTTP, JSON and Jelly
Desirable Skills:
Analyze, design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriately, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards.
Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.
Responsible for overall Service Now code quality, administration, platform development, module development and execute using company AGILE practices
Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
Attends regularly scheduled meetings to identify any tasks or user stories that are at risk and provides support as needed
Design and develop solutions within the Service Now environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support ITIL processes
Analyze and design programs for simple to medium complexity business problems according to user specifications and assist in developing detail program specifications.

Role Description:
Functional Knowledge on Service Now applications to implement ITIS processes.
Functional Knowledge on Service Now Integrations like Active directory ,Incidents and Change requests.
Focus on internal and external Customer requirements
ServiceNow certifications
Prior experience on ITIL tools like BMC Remedy Agile methodology and process
Comply with project management methodology requirements as appropriate
