Responsibilities
Create technical architecture, design, test and user guide documentation in ServiceNow.
Possess expert Java Scripting knowledge, including expert debugging knowledge.
Familiarity with service management processes (ITILv2/3 Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change) in ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
Conducts application software development services and technical support for existing architecture or new deployments.
Gathers requirements and develops specifications to integrate applications.
Adheres to approved standards in software development.
Utilizes simple program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
Codes, tests, including writing test plans, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
Maintains functionality through code customization and application configuration.
Implements strategies around existing technology products to ensure these products produce expected results and benefit to customers.
Provides technical services throughout the lifecycle of customer-specific technology based products.

Requirements
Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules.
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX.
Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
SNOW administration experience.
6 years of Service Now experience with 10 + yrs of ITSM tools experience.
Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.
Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS. - Service Now Certified Application Developer.

Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar discipline preferred
