#1 Top Critical Skill - / Years of Experience With That Skill : 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, SOA, SOAP, REST
#2 Second Most Important Skill / Years of Experience : 2+ years experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Performance Analytics modules is a big plus.
# 3 Third Most Important Skill / Years of Experience : 2+ ServiceNow Integration with LOBs (OKTA, Remedy, SAP, Ariba etc) Add Soft Skills Need In Position - Other than technical skills what does the person need to be successful : Experience with Agile/Scrum methodolgy, work in fast paced environment and able to deliver services from day one. There will NOT any lead time to learn on the job.
Degree, Certification, Total Yrs of Experience : Min 6+ IT experience. SN Certifications (Implementation Specialist or Developer or Integration Specialist ) or ITIL certifications would be big plus.
