Detailed Job Description:
1.Sole responsibility of Service Now techno functional feasibility assessment and solutions design, requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, effort and schedule estimation.
2.Primary responsibility of managing user groups and stakeholders, demand and capacity, monthly releases and sprints, offshore team performance and growth, governance reviews, metrics performance and communications, engagement and delivery risks.
3.Primary responsibility of facilitating and enabling offshore team members
Certifications Needed: Yes
Certification in Service Now would be preferred
