Hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Project Description:
The client is seeking to become the leading provider of managed multi-cloud services in the market. Their approach is to build the next generation platform for efficient and effective multi-cloud management in a phased approach. They will begin with the build-out of a configuration management database (CMDB) to create an "authoritative source" of asset and configuration information to serve as the foundation.
Responsibilities:
Taking requirements from different stake holders
Able to convert requirements to technical stories; Communicating to the team
Looking at the assignment queue to review the backlog
Participate in scrum meetings/standup
What does a typical work day look like?
40% meetings, 60% coordinating with team; writing stories; supporting Service Now application
Required Skills (and years of experience):
Service Now (2yrs experience)
Strong communication; able to aricluate requirements
Typical BSA duties
Preferred Skills:
Design mock-up exp
ITIL
Scrum Master exp
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree
