Job Description :
Candidates must possess a 4+ years of recent work experience with the cloud-based SaaS ServiceNow System.

Recent hands-on experience implementing and maintaining a medium to large ServiceNow environment.
Recent Business Analysis experience in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment
ITIL Foundation Certified preferred
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Recent experience working in an Agile environment

Ability to Work Independently
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter
