Role: Service Engineer

Job location – Washington DC

Full time/ contract

Mandatory – Apache Cloud stack or CloudPlatform experience

Job Description/Requirements:

· Provide an exceptional on site customer experience for our clients.

· Daily management and administration of Linux & Windows hosted VM’s

· Administration of KVM, XenServer & VMWare ESX Hypervisors, along with Apache CloudStack management

· Intermediate and advanced support for web & database servers, applications, and end-users

· Support and administration of backup & disaster recovery solutions

· Assist in the maintenance of customer datacenter operations as needed

· Shared responsibility of after-hours on-call duties as assigned

· Support and administration of Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop server farm
