Job Description :
Incident Management:
Provide Live site support for Legacy and Threshold services. This includes, troubleshooting, providing right follow ups, TSGs for Operation center etc.,
Provide Live site support with requests from feature teams and deep dive on (Quality of Service) QoS, Live Site Reliability (LRA) Investigation for the respective services.
Maintenance:
Perform server patching, password updates and cert setup and maintenance.
Setup Infrastructure, DNS, Certs and other operational needs for the service.
Support requests to manage and run the services.
Problem Management:
Investigate root cause of the live site outage and drive post mortem from technical stand.
Deployment:
Perform changes to production and non-production based on support requests.
