Provide phone and hands-on support to Financial Engines employees
Prioritize service requests and assign support tickets as appropriate.
Troubleshoot and identify network & server related problems for handoff

2+ years of professional Helpdesk experience
College degree of equivalent work experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Experience providing software and hardware support
Experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
Experience w/ MS Exchange 2010+
Experience with Windows Service

Required Technical Experience:
Strong knowledge of Windows 7
Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge
Microsoft Outlook w/ Exchange
Microsoft Office
Experience with Lync, Good, iOS, and Android a plus
