Job Description :
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT related field and at least 10 years of technical experience.
· At least 5 years of project management experience.
· Have an active, valid Project Management Institute (PMI) certification of PMP or PgMP.
· Hold a valid Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
· 3 years of Experience Managing a project supporting both Major Help Desk and Network support activities.
· Hands-on experience in Help Desk Management
· Hands-on experience in Network and Server Management
· Managing teams of 20 professional
· VIP interaction experience
· Hardware/Software inventory Management
